Medical Science Liaison - Ophthalmology (Southern CA, AZ, NM)

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison responsible for scientific engagement and relationship building with Key Medical Experts and healthcare professionals within the US Medical Affairs framework. Objectives: enhance clinical understanding of Biogen’s therapies, support medical education, and inform medical strategy through credible, long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: serve as a clinical expert, foster strategic stakeholder relationships, support medical projects aligned with US Medical strategy, and accurately capture medical insights using Veeva. Requirements: advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, MD, PharmD preferred), clinical experience in ophthalmology or optometry strongly preferred, residence within Southern California, Arizona, or New Mexico, excellent communication and digital skills, willingness to travel 60%+, and a valid driver’s license.
