Medical Science Liaison (Ohio Valley)

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Alnylam’s TTR amyloidosis programs, focusing on scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to enhance disease understanding and support clinical decision-making. Responsibilities: cultivate relationships, develop and execute KOL and institution plans, drive disease awareness, facilitate early diagnosis strategies, provide scientific education on mechanism of action and emerging data, support clinical trials and investigator relationships, contribute to advisory boards and scientific congresses, and ensure compliance with regulatory processes. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD with 3-5 years industry experience, strong scientific and clinical background in rare disease, cardiology, or neurology preferred, experience in medical education, KOL management, and clinical research. High-Value: rare disease (TTR amyloidosis), clinical engagement, investigator-sponsored trials, medical education, KOL development, and cross-functional collaboration. WorkSetup: 60-70% travel, based in the U.S.
