Role: Field Medical Director specializing in dermatology, providing medical/scientific support for Organon's dermatology programs. Responsibilities: build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, professional orgs, and patient advocacy groups; present clinical data, facilitate peer-to-peer scientific exchange, support research collaborations, and train internal teams on product and disease area knowledge. Also represents Organon at medical meetings, responds to medical inquiries, and supports advisory boards. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent; 5+ years in clinical practice or pharma, with dermatology or allergy/immunology experience preferred; strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and scientific evaluation skills; ability to travel up to 50%.
