Role: Medical Science Liaison specializing in Women’s Health, serving as a scientific and clinical expert to support Organon’s programs. Responsibilities: establish long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver balanced scientific data, collaborate on research initiatives, provide internal training, and represent Organon at medical meetings. Qualifications: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent; 5+ years clinical practice or industry experience; Women’s Health experience preferred. High-Value: focus on Women’s Health, clinical research support, peer-to-peer engagement, investigator collaborations, and scientific communication. Work setup: field-based, covering ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY; travel up to ~50%.
