Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Neuropsychiatry (Territory: Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Las Vegas)

Responsibilities
- Identify disease and product-related medical needs in a defined geography.
- Develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and HCPs; conduct meaningful peer-to-peer scientific exchange.
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR-related questions using scientific resources; present accurately and compliantly.
- Assess the medical landscape, continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR), and understand competitive landscape.
- Identify partnerships with HCPs on disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR).
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy/business decisions.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical and TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account planning.
- Provide medical support/training and scientific updates to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings.
- Support clinical trial activities (NIR/interventional; site feasibilities; ISR submission/execution/follow-up; apply pharmacovigilance documents; support CRO-sponsored studies).

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, PA-C, etc.) AND 3–5 years MSL or clinical practice experience.
- Psychiatry/mental health/schizophrenia MSL or clinical practice experience; proven collegial relationships with external experts.
- Desired: disease/clinical publication knowledge, clinical trial design/process knowledge, HEOR core concepts, English (written/spoken), work independently and as a team player, strong communication/presentation skills, translate data for physicians.

Essential/Travel
- Must be able to drive a company-provided car.
- Field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles; majority of time with external customers.
