Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Neuropsychiatry (field-based; territory: CO, UT, WY, NE, Las Vegas)

Responsibilities
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
- Conduct meaningful peer-to-peer scientific exchange (scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR-related questions) to support safe/appropriate use and patient access; facilitate research.
- Use scientific resources to present accurate information and answer questions in compliance with ethics/legal/local procedures.
- Assess medical landscape; stay current on treatment strategies, unmet needs, clinical trials, and competitive landscape.
- Partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator sponsored research (ISR).
- Attend congresses/meetings; communicate insights to medical/commercial teams.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical and TL interaction plans; support medical programs/projects.
- Provide medical support and internal training; support promotional meetings; participate in assigned congress activities.
- Support clinical trial activities (NIR/interventional; feasibility, ISR support, pharmacovigilance document adherence/AE alerting, CRO studies as applicable).

Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP/PA-C, etc.) AND 3–5 years MSL or clinical practice experience.
- Current MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry/mental health/schizophrenia with proven success establishing collegial relationships.

Knowledge/Skills Desired
- Disease area/scientific publications; clinical trial design; HEOR concepts; excellent spoken/written English.

Essential/Travel
- Must be able to drive a company-provided car (safe/ethical driving required).
- Travel required; live within territory or within 50 miles of borders.
