Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, and precision medicine, supporting Lantheus's oncology, neurology, and cardiology portfolio. Responsibilities: establish and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, investigators, and academic institutions; facilitate scientific exchange on disease states, diagnostics, and therapeutic data; generate actionable medical insights and inform medical strategy; support congresses, clinical research, and medical education; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and other teams; ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent; at least 2 years of Medical Affairs or MSL experience preferred; strong scientific expertise in radiopharmaceuticals, clinical research, and emerging therapeutic trends; excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills. HighValue: extensive knowledge of nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, and diagnostic imaging; experience supporting clinical trials, investigator-sponsored studies, and post-marketing research; familiarity with evidence generation, real-world data, and healthcare reimbursement; willingness to travel ~70% within the U.S.; remote work eligibility with residence near a major international airport.
