Medical Science Liaison – Midwest

Role: Field Medical Director supporting Organon's dermatology programs, responsible for scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Core duties include establishing long-term relationships with HCPs, presenting data, facilitating research collaborations, and providing scientific training internally and externally. The position involves representing Organon at medical meetings, responding to medical inquiries, and supporting advisory boards. Key responsibilities also encompass developing medical communication strategies and ensuring compliant scientific exchange. Qualifications: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent; 5+ years' clinical practice or pharma experience, preferably in dermatology or allergy/immunology. Skills include strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and scientific evaluation abilities. Experience in clinical research methodologies and peer-to-peer scientific dialogue is essential.
