Role: Field Medical Director supporting Organon’s Dermatology programs, providing scientific and clinical expertise to engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Responsibilities: cultivate long-term relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient groups, and payers; deliver balanced scientific data presentations; collaborate on scientific communication and research initiatives; support medical training and advisory activities; represent Organon at medical meetings; respond to medical inquiries. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent; 5+ years clinical practice or industry experience, with dermatology or allergy/immunology preferred; strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills; understanding of clinical research; ability to travel up to 50%.
