Medical Science Liaison – Midwest

Role: The Field Medical Director provides scientific and clinical support for Organon's Dermatology programs, engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to facilitate medical exchange, research collaboration, and product education. Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with HCPs, delivering scientific presentations, supporting investigator-initiated studies, and representing the company at medical meetings. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent, with 5+ years in clinical practice or pharma; dermatology or immunology experience preferred. High-value: Dermatology focus, scientific exchange, investigator collaboration, regional and national representation, up to 50% travel, primarily within KS, NE, MO, IA, MN. Work setup: field-based with regional travel.
