Objectives include fostering long-term collaborations with HCPs and stakeholders, delivering balanced scientific data, and supporting research initiatives. Core responsibilities encompass maintaining dermatology expertise, presenting data, facilitating investigator-initiated trials, conducting scientific training for commercial teams, and representing Organon at medical meetings. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent, with 5+ years of clinical or industry experience, preferably in dermatology or allergy/immunology. Skills include relationship-building, communication, presentation, and understanding of clinical research methodologies. Preferred: dermatology/AI experience. High-Value: dermatology focus, scientific exchange, investigator collaborations, regional/national engagement, up to 50% travel. Work setup: field-based, with regional and national activities.
