Role: Field Medical Director providing scientific and clinical support for Organon's dermatology programs. Objectives include engaging with healthcare professionals, facilitating scientific exchange, supporting research collaborations, and delivering clinical data presentations regionally and nationally. Responsibilities encompass building long-term relationships with HCPs, maintaining dermatology expertise, conducting peer-to-peer scientific dialogues, developing medical communication plans, supporting clinical study efforts, training internal teams, and representing the company at medical meetings. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent; 5+ years clinical or pharma experience, preferably in dermatology or allergy/immunology; strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills; understanding of clinical research methodologies; ability to travel up to 50%. High-Value: dermatology, clinical and post-marketing support, scientific exchange, investigator relationships, regional and national representation, within US Midwest territory. Work setup: field-based with regional travel.
