Role: Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within Ipsenโ€™s U.S. Neuroscience Medical Affairs team, focusing on engaging with thought leaders, investigators, and healthcare providers to exchange scientific insights, support clinical research, and facilitate investigator-sponsored studies. Responsibilities: develop peer relationships, provide scientific expertise on Ipsenโ€™s therapies and disease areas (notably migraine/headache), support clinical trial activities, respond to scientific inquiries, represent Ipsen at conferences, and contribute to regional medical strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DO, Nursing), 2-3 years MSL experience in neurology, particularly migraine/headache, with knowledge of clinical research, regulatory environment, and market dynamics; excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Preferred: experience with product launches and lifecycle management. High-Value: Neurology, migraine/headache, clinical research support, Investigator-Sponsored Studies, regional coverage of Mid-Atlantic (NC, SC, VA, MD, WV, DC, DE), 50-70% travel. Work setup: field-based, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a mix of live and virtual engagement.
