Medical Science Liaison, Inflammation Respiratory, Southern California and Western/Central Arizona

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focusing on Inflammation and Respiratory in Southern California and Western/Central Arizona, serving as a scientific resource for healthcare providers across Pulmonology, Allergy, ENT, and Gastroenterology. Objectives include advancing scientific exchange, supporting clinical research, and communicating clinical and economic data to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities encompass peer-to-peer engagement with Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers, supporting investigator-initiated research, representing Amgen at conferences, training speakers, and collaborating internally to optimize strategy and insights. The role requires 60-70% travel, including participation in regional/national meetings.

Qualifications: Doctorate degree, or Master’s with 3+ years of Medical Affairs experience, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years’ relevant experience. Preferred candidates hold Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O., with at least 1 year of Medical Affairs experience, and experience in respiratory or immunology fields.
