Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialized in Gastroenterology (GI) for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, supporting the Upstate New York territory. Maintain current knowledge of GI treatment landscapes, competitor activities, and relevant scientific advancements, while ensuring compliance and ethical standards. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), post-graduate experience in clinical or therapeutic areas, with at least 2+ years in an MSL or relevant scientific role preferred. Must possess strong scientific acumen, data analysis skills, and the ability to support a territory through up to 70% travel. Preferred qualifications include residency/fellowship training, board certification, and therapeutic area expertise. High-value: GI therapeutic area, focus on scientific exchange, investigator support, and stakeholder engagement in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.
