Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Gastroenterology supporting Upstate New York territory, including NY, NH, VT, and ME. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans, foster relationships with KOLs and HCPs, facilitate scientific exchange, gather and synthesize clinical insights, support investigator-initiated studies, and collaborate with internal teams to align medical strategies. Maintain scientific expertise through continuous education and engagement in relevant scientific forums. Requirements: Doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), post-graduate experience, therapeutic or clinical research background, strong scientific acumen, and ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred: 2+ years of MSL or therapeutic experience, residency/fellowship, and board certification preferred. HighValue: Gastroenterology focus, therapeutic area expertise, support of investigator-led research, engagement across academic and community HCPs, compliance with healthcare regulations, and utilization of AI tools for insights.
