Medical Science Liaison - Immunology (Atlanta)

Role: Immunology Medical Science Liaison responsible for providing scientific and clinical support for AstraZeneca's lupus products, new indications, and pipeline compounds. Objectives include engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Decision Makers (KDMs), and healthcare professionals to facilitate scientific exchange, address barriers to optimal disease management, and support clinical development activities. Responsibilities encompass developing peer-level relationships, identifying investigators for studies, delivering scientific data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves training, mentoring, and leading projects within the therapeutic area. Requirements: Advanced clinical/science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA-C), 0-2 years of clinical or commercial experience (MSL experience preferred), strong understanding of healthcare landscape, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel 50-70%. Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree, 2+ years' MSL experience, and expertise in immunology, rheumatology, or dermatology.
