Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders in geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Present and discuss scientific information (1:1, group, remote), responding to questions with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Assess the medical landscape; continuously update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Identify partnership opportunities with HCPs (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned with strategy.
- Attend congresses/meetings; collect and share medical insights with internal teams.
- Plan and execute field medical/TL interaction activities and scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects.
- Provide medical/scientific support, training, and updates to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings.
- Support interventional and non-interventional research: site feasibility, ISR support, and pharmacovigilance awareness; support CRO-sponsored studies.

Position Requirements / Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience; disease-area expertise and knowledge of scientific publications.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, HEOR concepts; excellent English (spoken/written).

Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent, team-oriented; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building.
- Ability to learn new subject areas quickly; demonstrate BMS Values.

Essential/Travel
- Drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics.
- Travel required; field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles.
