Requirements include a minimum of a 5-year advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.) and experience as an MSL or in related medical affairs roles, preferably in hematology or transplant. Essential skills encompass scientific communication, understanding of healthcare regulations, payer dynamics, and proficiency with CRM tools. The role requires up to 70% travel and fluency in English and the local language.
