Responsibilities encompass building relationships with HCPs, integrating medical plans into territory activities, utilizing CRM systems for data capture, and supporting clinical development via investigator interactions and congress representation. The Sr MSL also mentors colleagues and ensures compliance with regulations. Requirements: advanced biomedical degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD), minimum 5 years of MSL or similar experience, strong scientific communication skills, deep understanding of hematology, payer landscape, and healthcare regulations. Preferred: prior therapeutic area expertise, knowledge of health economics, and experience with medical congresses. High-Value: focus on hematology (Sickle Cell, Thalassemia, Transplant), external stakeholder engagement, and regional payer understanding.
