Responsibilities: develop engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs goals, foster credible scientific exchanges, provide objective scientific education, support investigator-initiated studies, gather insights to inform strategy, and collaborate internally across R&D, Medical Affairs, and commercial teams. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, Advanced Practice Providers), with postgraduate clinical or research experience; strategic thinking and data analysis skills; ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred: 2+ years' MSL or relevant therapeutic area experience; residency/fellowship; board certification; familiarity with AI tools.
