Medical Science Liaison Director, West Region (Dallas)

Role: Lead and develop Rhythm's Field Medical team within North America, specifically for the West Region, to ensure scientific excellence in stakeholder engagement and insight generation. Responsibilities: coach MSLs, translate medical strategy into region-specific execution, foster collaboration, support talent development, and oversee scientific and clinical insights to inform organizational decisions. Contribute to evidence generation initiatives and participate in cross-regional Medical Affairs projects. Requirements: Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO); 8+ years in pharma/biotech with Medical Affairs or Field Medical experience; at least 2 years of leadership experience.
