Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI), serving as a scientific partner for BMS's autoimmune and rheumatology portfolio. Responsibilities: develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support investigator-initiated research, execute region-specific Medical and KOL engagement plans, collaborate with clinical development teams to enhance trial enrollment, and provide scientific support at medical meetings. Skills/Qualifications: terminal degree in medical science (MD, PhD, PharmD, PA-C, DNP), 3-5 years of clinical or research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune diseases, or prior MSL experience. Preferred: cell therapy or rheumatology expertise, regulatory knowledge pertinent to industry interactions, strong communication skills. High-Value: focus on autoimmune and cell therapy indications, supporting clinical and scientific exchange, with significant travel (>50%). Work setup: field-based, covering NM, N. TX, OK regions, with a focus on relationship-building with healthcare providers and thought leaders.
