Medical Science Liaison

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Dermatology within a biopharma company focused on autoimmune diseases. Objectives include building scientific partnerships with KOLs, supporting trial enrollment, and informing medical strategy. Responsibilities encompass developing KOL networks, managing geographic territories, supporting clinical initiatives (site identification, trial recruitment, data presentation), engaging in medical education and advisory activities, and communicating insights to internal teams. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MSN, etc.), minimum 3 years of MSL experience with dermatology expertise, established KOL relationships, and compliance awareness. Preferred: experience in launch/pre-launch phases, psoriasis, or rheumatology; start-up environment familiarity. High-value specifics: dermatology, autoimmune indications, clinical trial support, medical education, and stakeholder engagement. Work setup: primarily remote with ~50% travel to meetings and events.
