Position: Medical Science Liaison, Cardiovascular – Milvexian (Field; WA, AK, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV)
Key Responsibilities
- Build/maintain relationships with thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders in assigned geography to answer unsolicited scientific, product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple channels (1:1, group, remote) to present accurate scientific information and respond to questions per ethical/legal requirements.
- Assess the medical landscape; stay current on treatments, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships (disease initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned to strategy.
- Attend congresses/meetings; provide insights back to medical and commercial teams.
- Create geography-specific interaction plans; support cross-functional institution/account planning.
- Support internal training and provide scientific updates; provide scientific support at promotional meetings.
- Support clinical trial activities (interventional/NIR), investigator/site feasibility, ISR submission/execution follow-up, and pharmacovigilance awareness.
Position Requirements / Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience (specific disease area or broad medical background).
- Knowledge of scientific publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR core concepts; excellent English (spoken/written).
Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience; independent/team-oriented; strong communication/presentation.
Essential Qualification & Travel
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; travel required; live in territory or within 50 miles.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- $166,090–$201,262 (field, US).
