Experience varies by seniority level: 0-3 years for Manager, 3-5 years for Associate Director, with strong clinical knowledge, familiarity with FDA guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry experience. Preferred: Prior experience in the therapeutic area related to the company's focus. High-Value: Emphasis on therapeutic expertise, clinical research, stakeholder engagement, and compliance within a pharmaceutical context.
