Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in neuroscience (CAPLYTA) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, supporting brain health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and schizophrenia. Objectives include developing scientific engagement plans, building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), facilitating scientific exchange, and providing clinical and research support. Responsibilities encompass territory strategy implementation, scientific data dissemination, competitor landscape awareness, investigator support for studies, and internal collaboration across R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations. Requirements: Doctorate-level degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), post-graduate experience, minimal 70% travel capacity within Ohio, and strong scientific/therapeutic expertise in neuroscience.
