Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Neuroscience (CAPLYTA) for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, supporting Ohio territory including Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland. Objectives: advance scientific understanding, build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and provide non-promotional, evidence-based medical information in brain health areas such as depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s. Responsibilities: develop and execute a territory engagement plan; foster scientific exchanges; gather and communicate insights; support investigator-initiated studies; stay current on therapeutic landscape and competitor activities; utilize AI tools for decision-making; ensure compliance with regulations; collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent); postgraduate clinical or research experience, ideally in neuroscience or related fields; up to 70% travel; valid US driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience, residency/fellowship, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI. High-Value: neuroscience, brain health, therapeutics in major depressive and neurodegenerative disorders, investigator support, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Work Setup: field-based with extensive territory coverage.
