Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Neuroscience for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on CAPLYTA (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) in the Maryland/DC/Virginia region. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans; build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals; facilitate scientific exchange, provide balanced medical information, and support investigator-initiated studies; gather and communicate insights to inform medical strategies; ensure compliance with regulations; collaborate across internal teams including R&D and Medical Affairs; utilize AI tools to enhance decision-making and engagement; stay current with scientific trends; and perform administrative duties accurately. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), with postgraduate clinical or therapeutic experience; strong scientific and therapeutic knowledge; data analysis, clinical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to travel up to 70%; valid US driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years relevant experience, residency/fellowship, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI.
