Requirements include a Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), with post-graduate clinical or research experience, ideally in neuropsychiatric disorders like major depressive disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, or neurodegenerative diseases. Candidates should possess deep scientific knowledge, clinical expertise, and proficiency in data analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of relevant experience, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI. The role requires up to 70% travel within the Maryland/DC/Virginia territory.
