Responsibilities include building relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders, facilitating scientific discussions at conferences, supporting clinical trial site identification, and providing medical insights to internal teams. The role also involves educational initiatives, monitoring treatment landscapes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Advanced healthcare or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.), with 1+ years of field medical or scientific engagement experience preferred; oncology experience, particularly BMT, and familiarity with hospital-based specialty products highly valued. Skills encompass strong scientific communication, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to interpret complex clinical data. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on hospital/institutional settings, supporting clinical and commercial activities, and extensive territory travel (approx. 60-70%). The position requires residence in California, with frequent travel, and involves collaboration across medical, clinical, and commercial teams in a fast-paced biotech environment.
