Role: Courier responsible for the timely pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports within the Indianapolis, IN area. Primary objectives include ensuring specimen integrity, safe handling, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass loading supplies, completing pickup schedules, operating a company vehicle safely, managing pickups via electronic devices, and coordinating with dispatch for additional routes. Requirements: No formal education required; preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of courier or driver experience, and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High-value biopharma specifics: role involves handling clinical lab specimens and supplies, supporting diagnostic testing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Work setup: local on-site position with a company vehicle, offering the option for personal use; schedule Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays.
