Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on rare bleeding disorders and rare diseases within Novo Nordisk's Southwest territory (TX, AZ, OK, NM). Objectives include building relationships with healthcare professionals, demonstrating product benefits, providing scientific and clinical support, and facilitating clinical trial activities. Responsibilities encompass medical education, stakeholder engagement, site coordination, and collaboration with internal teams such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, and HEOR. Requirements: Doctoral degree, minimum two years' experience in healthcare, pharma, or managed care, with strong communication skills and business acumen. Preferred: experience with rare bleeding disorders or as a medical liaison. High-Value: Field-based role involving 50-75% travel, territory management, clinical trial site support, and key opinion leader engagement. Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, the position requires residence near a major airport within the territory.
