Medical Liaison

Role: Medical Liaison within Novo Nordisk's Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) team, serving as a scientific and clinical representative to healthcare providers, academic institutions, and key opinion leaders. Objectives include building relationships, demonstrating product benefits, providing medical education, supporting clinical trial site identification, and facilitating scientific exchange. Responsibilities encompass developing medical plans, delivering clinical support and HEOR presentations, coordinating with internal teams for education, and managing professional relationships with IHNs and stakeholders. Requirements: Doctoral degree, minimum two years' experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or managed care, with relevant clinical or therapeutic expertise preferred. Skills include strong communication, business acumen, and scientific knowledge. High-Value: Involves field-based support in diabetes or metabolic disorder areas, working across all stages of product development and post-market activities. Requires 50-75% overnight travel in IL, MO, KS; valid driver’s license essential. Seniority levels: Medical Liaison or Senior Medical Liaison, with compensation range reflecting experience and scope. The role reports to the Field Director/Sr. Field Director and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, external healthcare providers, and stakeholders to support Novo Nordisk’s patient-centered initiatives.
