Role: Principal Medical Key Account Lead, US Medical Affairs Patient Access and Quality of Care, covering TX, OK, and KS. Objectives: Manage medical interface with key HIV and oncology health systems, academic centers, GPOs, and Pathway accounts to foster scientific exchange, develop strategic plans, and support access to Gileadβs portfolio. Responsibilities: Lead engagement with stakeholders, communicate clinical, scientific, HEOR, and real-world evidence data, and coordinate data generation efforts; collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical science liaisons, clinical development, and commercial; interpret and relay insights on formulary, reimbursement, and healthcare value; and develop customized medical strategies aligned with evolving healthcare landscapes. Qualifications: 12+ years with BS, 10+ with MS, 8+ with PhD/PharmD, or 4+ with MD; advanced scientific degree preferred. Experience in oncology and/or HIV, with deep understanding of US healthcare systems, HEOR, and disease management; minimum 6 years in pharma or healthcare industry. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office; clinical and industry relationships in academic health centers and health systems.
