Medical Insights, Data Analyst Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager of Data Analytics in Medical Insights, focused on delivering complex ad hoc and exploratory analyses to support business and scientific decision-making within a global pharmaceutical context. Responsibilities: respond to unanswerable medical and business questions through direct data source interrogation; synthesize findings for Medical Affairs stakeholders; maintain datasets; collaborate on analytical scope; and pilot new data sources and AI approaches to inform platform development. Ensure compliance and rigorous documentation of data sources and methods. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Data Science, Life Sciences or related; 6+ years' experience in data analysis within regulated healthcare or pharma environments; proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R; ability to interpret ambiguous questions and communicate findings clearly. Preferred: advanced degrees or certifications; experience in Medical Affairs; familiarity with NLP, machine learning, and proof-of-concept analysis.
