Role: Medical Director, US Medical Affairs for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, focusing on aficamten development, launch, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategy, serve as cardiology/HCM expert, support scientific communications, manage medical programs and vendor relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and other teams. Engage with external KOLs, scientific meetings, and advisory boards to support strategic partnerships. Lead medical education, evidence generation, and review of medical/promotion materials. Qualifications: MD/DO or PharmD with 3-5 years in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, preferably with cardiovascular expertise. Experience with product launches, evidence generation, and clinical research is highly desirable. Strong project management, communication, and strategic planning skills required.
