Medical Director, Oncology (Genitourinary Focus)

Role: Medical Director, Genitourinary Oncology, leading clinical development and medical strategy for Natera's molecular diagnostics in GU cancers, including prostate, bladder, and kidney malignancies. Responsibilities encompass designing and executing clinical studies, engaging investigators and sites, advising on product development, providing post-launch medical support, and supporting medical education, publications, and regulatory submissions. The role involves representing Natera at industry events and with external stakeholders. Qualifications include MD (board-certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology preferred), with a minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical experience in GU cancers as a primary radiation oncologist, and at least 3 years of clinical trial experience in biotech, pharma, or academic settings. Expertise in GU treatment paradigms, biomarker-driven approaches, and familiarity with ctDNA and liquid biopsy technologies are highly valued. The candidate must have strong scientific communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with willingness to travel approximately 40%, primarily within the U.S. The role offers a competitive salary range of $243,800–$304,700 and comprehensive benefits.
