Medical Director, Neuroscience, Global Patient Safety

Role: Lead Product Safety Teams (PST) for pharmacovigilance activities across one or more products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring safety profiles are thoroughly monitored, assessed, and managed. Responsibilities: oversee safety surveillance for pharmaceutical, biological, or drug-device combination products; develop and implement strategies for key pharmacovigilance documents including safety assessments, risk management plans, and periodic safety reports; analyze aggregate safety data, interpret findings, and communicate insights to cross-functional teams and regulators; lead risk management strategies and ensure compliance with evolving regulations; mentor safety team members and foster collaborative environment. Qualifications: MD or DO with 2+ years residency and patient management experience; 2-5 years in pharmacovigilance or clinical development in pharma; strong expertise in pharmacology, toxicology, safety data analysis, and regulatory documentation; effective communicator with leadership skills.
