Medical Communications and Training Manager

Role: Medical Communications and Training Manager within Medical Affairs, focusing on developing scientific content and training materials related to precision oncology and tumor profiling. Responsibilities: create accurate, clear scientific materials for internal teams and healthcare providers; translate research into engaging multimedia content; collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and external teams to ensure consistent messaging; review and approve promotional and educational content; conduct literature research; and support training initiatives. Requirements: Master’s in life sciences; 3+ years in biotech/pharma, diagnostics, or medical communications with expertise in genomics, oncology, and next-generation sequencing; agency experience preferred. High-Value: genomics, precision oncology, tumor profiling, medical education, scientific narrative, content management, regulatory considerations (HIPAA). Work setup: primarily on-site in Boston, MA, with occasional travel within the US.
