Role Summary
- Develop, maintain, and monitor activity-specific KPIs for Medical Affairs, measuring impact and informing resource allocation.

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate on KPI definition and ensure KPIs can be efficiently computed.
- Support strategic planning and insights communication for Medical Impact and Outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional Impact & Outcome projects; mentor/coach Data Analysts.
- Manage outsource vendors for data analytics execution.
- Develop and calculate metrics; analyze KPIs to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Use stakeholder feedback to guide Medical Affairs strategy.
- Improve/streamline KPI measurement, reporting, and data management processes.
- Prioritize and enhance KPIs (feasibility, data source identification, data processing).
- Build performance metric cascades linking Category/Affiliate performance to Medical goals.
- Support monitoring systems to detect underperformance and changes.
- Advise on KPI usage/communication to drive behavioral change.
- Source/pull data from systems/databases; populate dashboards; maintain tools/models.
- Gather and maintain analytic datasets; oversee data systems with data management leadership.
- Collaborate with UI experts for dashboard visualization; resolve technical/data issues.

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, data analytics, or similar.
- Experience: 8+ years (BS), 7+ (MS), 5+ (PhD) in data analytics and dashboard/reporting.
- Cross-functional leadership; people/project leadership (direct or matrix).
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and cross-cultural partnership.
- In-depth pharmaceutical medicine knowledge (clinical trial design, GCP, data interpretation, regulatory/promotional rules, compliance, issue management).

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or related degree.

Non-standard Work/Travel
- Travel up to 40%.
