Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver advanced analytics solutions and insights for US Medical Affairs/therapeutic areas to support medical measurement, effectiveness/impact, and resource effectiveness/allocation.
- Provide actionable recommendations across: channel effectiveness & performance measurement; resource allocation/optimization across products and channels; experimental design (test/control); and simulation/β€œwhat-if” scenarios for medical engagement strategic planning.
- Establish and maintain best-practice standards for measurement/optimization analytics and an inventory of measures/studies for benchmarking.
- Create modeling approaches for events and customer/patient knowledge, understanding, and behavior to better isolate channel effectiveness.
- Proactively identify improved analytics methods via industry trends/external benchmarks.
- Ensure high-quality analytics execution (quality checks) and build stakeholder trust through learning and business acumen.
- Partner with Medical Analytics and Commercial Insights; communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences using visuals/storytelling.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a quantitative sciences field.
- 2+ years applying advanced analytics/statistics to business problems (e.g., ML/AI, predictive modeling, experimental design, segmentation/clustering, response/optimization).
- 2+ years SAS and/or statistical tools (e.g., SAS Enterprise Miner, SPSS, R/Python).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare/life science/pharma experience; MA/MS.
- 2–5+ years experience (or up to 2 years with advanced degree).
- SQL/in-database processing (Teradata) and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau/JMP/QlikView); strong multivariate and ML modeling knowledge.
