Role: Medical Affairs Lead responsible for developing surgeon-driven engagement programs and KOL strategies across all markets. Objectives: enhance medical stakeholder relationships, support medical program execution, and contribute to organizational medical and strategic goals. Responsibilities: lead planning and management of advisory boards, expert panels, and surgeon programs; oversee KOL engagement lifecycle, including identification, relationship management, and contract negotiations; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and R&D teams; ensure compliance and optimize program impact; generate reports and insights to inform strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences with 3+ years in Medical Affairs, KOL management, or medical program leadership; proven experience managing complex surgeon-driven programs; strong influencing, communication, and data analysis skills; proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools; willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred: experience supporting Medical Advisory Boards, departmental planning, and budget ownership. High-Value: focus on surgical or peripheral nerve indications, with responsibilities spanning program management, KOL relationship building, and strategic medical activities. Location: remote or Tampa, FL; hybrid preferred. Travel: up to 50%. The role is geared toward professionals with experience in medical affairs within biopharma, emphasizing strategic stakeholder engagement and program optimization in a clinical or surgical context.
