Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Disseminate scientific information and respond to clinical questions from unsolicited requests by health care professionals (HCPs)
- Provide HCP education on best clinical practices through education and training programs
- Build relationships with thought leaders and locally influential providers
- Maintain compliance with company standard operating procedures, training records, and administrative documentation
- Interpret and communicate medical/scientific literature and present complex medical and scientific ideas to internal and external audiences
- Identify and oversee investigator-initiated research and educational grant requests
- Attend conventions, symposiums, congresses, and advisory board programs to provide medical and scientific support
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams with medical/scientific expertise
- Facilitate medical communications and serve as the main point of contact for HCPs requesting data
- Facilitate recruitment and evaluation of investigators for post-marketing investigations; support review/development of scientific marketing materials
- Contribute to databases of medical and scientific information for products and competing products
Qualifications:
- RN/NP/PA degree required (aesthetic injector)
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical aesthetic experience
- Superior injection skills and strong grasp of facial anatomy
- Experience working with dermatologists and/or plastic surgeons
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Results-driven; able to work independently
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Adapts quickly and calmly to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
