Responsibilities:
- Engage hematology and other key oncology customers in assigned geography (academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, community accounts) to support launch of Multiple Myeloma products.
- Deliver clinically focused selling messages to grow brand share, revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement/Access teams to resolve customer needs, identify market trends, and develop strategies.
- Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists; develop account breadth to understand objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate contracting pull-through with account teams.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance and follow applicable policies for promotion of pharmaceutical/biological products.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills; strong account management.
- Success in complex oncology markets; track record with product launches.
- Results-oriented with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Bachelors degree (Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus).
- 5+ years successful oncology sales; Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- 3+ years working with thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals.
- Experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or IDNs.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the current oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large territories.

Salary range (annually): $154,600.00 - $198,600.00.
