The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages Oncology specialists and key Oncology customers within an assigned geographical universe (academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) in support of the Multiple Myeloma product launch. The role presents clinically focused selling messages to build/grow revenue and deliver product goals, while demonstrating initiative and outstanding account management skills in a compliant manner.

A Typical Day May Include
- Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers; deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting the launch of a bispecific agent for R/R Multiple Myeloma.
- Collaborate with Regional Director, territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities; coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Develop breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and align approved Regeneron Oncology resources to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding applicable regulations/policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s degree or advanced certifications a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of successful Oncology sales experience; Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers (group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions).
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures and represent peers as a leader.
- Passion and learning aptitude for science; proactively strengthen knowledge of disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.

- Salary Range (annually): $154,600.00 - $198,600.00
