Med Tech Supply Chain PMO Excellence Lead (aka Project Manager for Project Managers)

Responsibilities:
- Establish PMO governance, processes, tools, and capabilities to deliver projects/programs and structured work.
- Improve organization-wide Project Management capability maturity; partner with executive/functional leaders to drive execution discipline and delivery predictability.
- Ensure PMO work adds value, aligns to strategy, and meets executive-defined goals.
- Build PMO mission/goals/operating model (PMO charter); define PMO roles, staffing configuration, and recruitment.
- Identify and implement project management processes/methods/tools/guidelines/standards.
- Facilitate portfolio planning/prioritization; balance capacity and align execution with strategic priorities.
- Define/manage end-to-end PMO work effort, including benefits identification, quantification, and tracking.
- Provide coaching/mentoring to PMO staff; act as trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Lead improvements to PPM best practices; establish a project management community of practice (CoP) when needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or equivalent; Project Management Certification required (advanced degrees preferred).
- Minimum 10 years combined hands-on experience in Operations/Supply Chain, Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years large-scale program/project management in a matrixed organization.
- Minimum 3 years operational excellence/continuous improvement.
- Experience leading global portfolios/transformations in complex cross-functional environments.
- Program governance design experience (risk frameworks, escalation, executive reporting).

Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with AI, PowerBI, Quickbase, Planisware; agile decision-making; analytics; continuous improvement; cross-functional collaboration; resource/investment alignment.

Other:
- Up to 25% travel.
