MCT Laboratory Technologist Trainee

Role: Laboratory Technologist Trainee responsible for specimen processing, analysis, and quality control in a clinical testing setting. Responsibilities include evaluating specimens, performing extractions, preparing reagents, analyzing data, maintaining instrumentation, and adhering to SOPs and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; proficiency with lab systems, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams; passing color blindness test. Preferred: Labcorp experience, 3+ months clinical testing, ASCP or AMT certification. High-value: clinical laboratory testing, specimen evaluation, data analysis, routine maintenance, quality control; training provided; flexible schedule with some overtime; location: St. Paul, MN; shifts Thursday-Sunday, 9:00 pm–7:30 am.
