Schedule: In-office Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (Burlington, MA).
Responsibilities:
- Perform Manufacturing Support activities in accordance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety regulations.
- Receive and distribute quality-controlled inventoried material and general goods.
- Load/unload vehicles; assemble and move stock to pallets, racks, bins, shelves, refrigerators/freezers.
- Store, transfer, and distribute materials per requirements.
- Complete material In-Transit Requests in the ERP system for third-party off-site deliveries.
- Maintain inventory control in ERP via receipt, storage, and distribution transactions.
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts and media counts; participate in annual physical inventory.
- Maintain LN2/CO2 systems, including weekly manual fills of Liquid Nitrogen Cryovials Dewars.
- Coordinate preparation of biopsy assemblies and perform ERP transactions.
- Perform biopsy accessioning (receipt and inspection).
- Fulfill inventory sales orders; complete end-of-day closing activities; print/label EBR requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, R&D, QC, Materials Management, Validations, Facilities & Engineering, Accounting, Third-Party Logistics, and Customer Care.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and complete related ERP transactions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years related experience in a cGMP biotech/pharma environment.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced materials/manufacturing support.
- MS Office experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and Quality Systems.
- Experience operating motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.

- Organizational and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- May work in clean/controlled areas; PPE required.
- Stand for long periods; lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
- Willing to work weekends/holidays/overtime as needed.
