Shift Available (Onsite): Sunday–Wednesday (with every other Wednesday off), 11:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Manage material needs/requirements for CAR-T production per SOPs in controlled/classified environments.
- Perform inventory control (cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping).
- Manage material expiry/allocation and maintain material condition requirements.
- Quantify and maintain materials in the production dispensary.
- Maintain timing per production schedule to ensure on-time logistics.
- Record material handling data per GDPs.
- Work in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete shift warehousing tasks.
- Work in an environment with blood-derived components.
- Communicate production deviations and assist with quality investigations (as applicable).
- Available for OT when business requires; flexible to work across Summit and Warren NJ sites; willing to work staggered day shift hours.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated industry and general cGMPs.
- Basic math; technical writing capability.
- Proficient in MS Office; inventory control/management.
- Background understanding of biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (no prior Manufacturing/Operations experience) OR Associate/Medical Technical degree + 1–2 years experience OR High School/GED + 3–4 years experience.
- Strong attention to detail; strong oral/written communication; strong MS Office experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- 1 year of GMP experience; 1 year of ERP experience.
Compensation: $28.13–$34.09 per hour.
